Rhea Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
Rhea provides soil testing services to help farmers make informed agronomic decisions. These services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions, which apply when the farmer avails themselves of soil testing, whether through self-sampling or sampling done by Rhea staff.
2. Soil Sampling
2.1 Sampling by Farmer (Self-Sampling): Farmers may collect and submit their own soil samples to Rhea. It is the farmer's responsibility to ensure that samples are collected, stored, and transported correctly as per Rhea's provided guidelines.
2.2 Sampling by Rhea Staff: Upon request, Rhea field staff can assist in soil sampling. While Rhea ensures best practices in sample collection, the interpretation of results still depends on the accuracy of the sampling process.
